Book a meeting room for a meeting and invite your participants in just a few taps on your phone. If you just want to invite someone without booking a room it is even simpler. In both cases, the invitees will be pre-registered. They will receive an invitation by sms and only need to scan their submitted QR code to get a visit certificate and possibly also a parking permit.
In the main settings on the reception app you can even list the canteen menu. You can then preorder food when booking the meeting.
